Wingfield formally Joins the Compass Partnership of Schools
July 1st 2018 marked one year since we came together as one legal entity and formed our multi-academy trust. It has been a busy year in which we have strengthened our existing partnership of schools and built on the ways in which we collaborate together. This has seen leaders from across the partnership working across our newly-formed accountability teams of ‘Teaching and Learning’, ‘Equality, SEND and Social Justice’ and ‘Continuing Professional Learning’. We have also developed an exciting partnership with Apple through the work of our ‘Digital Technologies’ team. Finally, we have held our first Compass Concert and Compass Sports Day, giving children from across our seven schools the opportunity to sing, perform, and engage in sporting activities together. We are looking forward to building on the success of our first year and the opportunities ahead.
